Our Building
Welcome to Epping Road Veterinary Hospital! When you arrive at our hospital, you will be greeted by beautiful grounds, intentionally cared for to provide you and your pets with an uplifting backdrop for your veterinary experience. Our large parking lot provides plenty of parking, and a handicap accessible ramp leads you to our entrance. Inside, you'll be met with homey decor, a surplus of pet art, and smiling faces ready to welcome you to the ERVH family!

Our Lobby
Welcome into the ERVH lobby! Filled with natural light and soft pet-friendly music, our lobby is a welcoming place to be - complete with a varied display of retail pet products for you to browse! Have a seat on one of our comfortable benches and flip through entertaining pet literature while we provide your pet with the best care in the treatment area.

Private Entrance Exam Room
Our 'Exam Room 4' has its very own private entrance at the opposite end of the parking lot from our main lobby entrance. This space offers a stress-free entry for our reactive patients as well as a contamination-free entry for our contagious patients. We believe in reducing risk, and this private exam room is one of the many tools we utilize to keep our patients safe, healthy, and happy!

Central Exam Rooms
Our hospital has three exam rooms in the main lobby area. Each exam room is outfitted with a computer for efficient history taking and seamless record keeping. Also installed in each room is a folding exam table - one of our favorite features! The folding table allows us to tailor our exam approach to your pet's needs - whether that's elevation or more floor space. Tucked away in the cabinets of each exam room are tools to help create a fear-free environment for your pet, including non-slip mats, high-value treats, and lickimats!

Treatment Area + In-House Laboratory
Our spacious treatment area is the heart of our hospital. Here are team works together to provide your pets with quality care, ranging from preventative treatments to life-saving interventions. Inside our treatment area is our in-house laboratory, outfitted with the technology to run a variety of diagnostics, including skin and ear cytologies, urine testing, and blood panels.

Digital Radiology
Welcome to our state-of-the-art digital radiology suite! Digital radiology (also known as X-ray) is a vital diagnostic tool that we rely on in order to identify injuries and ailments occurring within the body. Our designated radiology suite offers a quiet, safe environment for our X-ray patients.

Our Pharmacy
We have our own in-house pharmacy fully stocked with a variety of medications for your pets. This in-house pharmacy allows us to provide most* medications same day at the time of your appointment or refill request. * There is the occasional, rare medication that we do not stock in-house. These can be ordered through our online pharmacy. Order online button

Surgery Suite
Our state-of-the-art surgery suite is bright, spotless, and the ideal place for surgical procedures to take place. Situated just off our treatment area, our surgery suite is centrally located, facilitating seamless collaboration between our surgery team and the rest of our medical team - ensuring the highest level of attentive care for our surgery patients.

Expansive Grounds
Our hospital is situated on a large, corner lot with an expansive grassy area sprawled behind our building. This peaceful outdoor space serves many purposes for our hospital: it provides respite for nervous pets awaiting their appointment, gives clients a place to get some fresh air while their pets are in treatment and ensures our hospitalized patients have scenic potty walks.
